We are going from Zihuatenau to Acapulco in Jan by bus. We would like to stay on the beach in a nice Mexican resort. We would like to spend 3 days there then move on south of Acapulco to Puerta Escondido. Some where along the shore line we would like to stay another three days. We would love something quaint. I am planning a trip in early May for our 25th wedding anniversary. I am thinking of flying in to Lisbon, staying there a couple of days then driving south down the coast to the strait of gibralter. maybe a day trip into morroco then up to cordoba. From there, return the rental car and catch the high speed train to madrid and then over to barcelona. we only have 10 or 11 days and want to see and do as much as possible. We would like recommendations of where to stay,eat and things to do. We like boutique or unique hotels (4 to 5 star) and we like to do non touristy types of activities. Thank you!
