Are there travel agencies where we can book an organized one day trip to Una National Park to see the waterfalls etc.?
(We don´t want to do a rafting tour).

I intend to visit Nantou from Taipei so I am taking the HSR there. But if I wish to travel north towards Taitung, is it more economical to take theh TRA or the HSR? The TRA and HSR are in the same location?

I am tentatively scheduled to go on a cruise to Hawaii from Los Angeles (San Pedro) Nov 2017 with another lady (Polly) who has never been to the west coast (or Hawaii). For some reason, I thought that we would leave from San Diego, but we are actually leaving from LA (San Pedro). So I have decided not to try to visit San Diego as I don't want to rent a car or drive in that area.

I am not a fan of LA. I thought we would come in a day in advance and maybe do a little sightseeing (like a trolley or a harbor cruise) in San Pedro, and I want to take photos of the lighthouses there (which is why the harbor cruise).

So can I skip the harbor cruise because I will see the lighthouses when the ship leaves port?

I feel a little guilty about not showing Polly some of the things in LA while we are there. Last time I was in LA (other than between planes at the airport in 2012) was back in the early-mid 60's and we did things like go to Disney, Knotts Berry Farm and did a Universal Studio tour. I don't see any point in doing those things even if they were possible. I don't know if she would be interested in some kind of Homes of the Stars tours. Before I ask her, I'd like to know what would be possible for someone who does not want to rent a car or drive if they land at LAX and go to a hotel in San Pedro.

I'll be soon travelling to Eindhoven and my bus will arrive at 5am, and I'll need to wait 3 hours before I'm able to collect my keys. Is there any cafe or restaurant near the train station opened that early?

Im will be in Mexico city this July. I would like to ask if anyone know if there's a cooking lesson that I can attend while Im in Mexico City? THis has to be in English as I am not Spanish Speaker. I would prefer, foods that I can sell in small stall in my home country.

my mother has a dream: She would love to visit Havanna/ Cuba. The tricky part is, she is very sick and her handicap ties her to a wheelchair.
A nurse and myself would accompany her, but I am actually concerned, that Havanna might be full of steep stairs... Also I was told that it is quite difficult to find barrierfree hotels and restaurants.
If anyone could offer some information, insights or links I would be thrilled!! We are not in a hurry, but I expect the planning will take a bit longer than usual...

Should I book with a tour agency before I leave or is it cheaper to do it once you arrive with a local tour agency? I found a 5 day hike for $625aud. What would the normal cost be if booking on arrival to Kathmandu or Pokhara?

Hi there are 3 people travelling from Australia to Boracay in August and I was hoping someone can give me a link to organise transport from Kalibo Airport to our hotel on Boracay.

Whilst in the Philippines we are also travelling to Cebu and Iloilo and the second question I must ask if anyone out there can give me a link to book bus transport from Iloilo to Boracay please as we are travelling by Cebu Pacific from Boracay to Cebu and Cebu to Iloilo.

OK got my basic route now and fine tuning.

So my question is - the best route from Bagan to Inle Lake.
my thoughts were catch bus to ? overnight - then to Kalaw for two nights giving me a whole day to explore Kalaw. Train to Schwenyaung, and down to Inle Lake. Considered treking but heard the train ride was pretty impressive.

I have allowed for a one night stop over to avoid a long hall on a bus. Possibly Nay Pyi Taw. And could possibly extend to two nights if there was a worthwhile detour to get to Bagan.
I am traveling in late August - is the weather likely to cause delays on the route or is it ok to book accommodation now as apposed to along the way.

Will be in SFO for the first time in early November and planning a day trip to Napa valley.
My priority is to walk the towns of St Helena/Yountville at leisure and fit in 1 or 2 vineyards if possible. Planning to take the BART from town centre (Powell) to El Cerrito, then bus shuttle to towns.

Hi! I am travelling to Indonesia with my two teenageboys(15 and 18)in the end of July, travelling to and from Jakarta. Totally we will stay for 17 days. The itinerary is not set yet, so please feel free to advise :-) The most important, is it worth spending one week at thousand island, or is it better to stay one week at Bali (or another place for beach life, snorkeling etc) The plan is to stay around Yogyakarta for about one week + one week on a island/beach. We do not like touristic places,we book mostly private accomodation through AirBnB, we like to see how local people live, eats where local eats, like to explore the nature, culture, do some hiking, biking etc. Hope to get some advise and ideas for where to go, where to stay, what to see and what to do :-) Thank you!
