    • Passport expiring less than 6 months before returning to the Philippines

      Philippines Jan 2, 2017 at 5:53 PM

My family is going on a trip to Canada in April, but one of our member's passport is expiring in September, which would put it into less than 6 months validity. The travel agency told us that the passport only needs to be valid until you leave Canada, so she would have no problem on the trip there. But I read online that the Philippines requires that the passport needs to be valid for more than 6 months to enter. Will she have problems entering back to the Philippines? She is a permanent resident in the PH but is a Chinese citizen. The problem is that the agency told her that the Chinese embassy will not renew her passport if it's still more than 6 months valid, so we really cannot renew it ahead of time.

      Accommodations in Pundaquit

by audspice Online Now Apr 23, 2009 at 9:18 AM

Madami bang iba pang resorts sa Pundaquit? My alternative would be to look for a place to stay na lang pagdating sa area next week instead of pre-booking.

by audspice Online Now Apr 23, 2009 at 9:15 AM

Contact number of any of the above?

Plus how would you rate the following in terms of facilities and service:
      Sir William's
      Nora's
      Wild Rose
      Megan's
      Patio
      Capones Beach Resort
      Sam's
      Vimar
      and the 3 mentioned above?

We're planning to spend the next weekend in Pundaquit. We're a group of 27 so I'm having a hard time choosing a resort that would accommodate us all. Fully-booked na daw ang Canoe!

      Thanks.

Summer VT Trip to the Beach - Anawangin Zambales

by clairedemaisip Online Now Apr 19, 2008 at 11:35 PM

      Dear VT Friends,

      Anyone interested to join?

We plan to have a summer trip to the Beach :)

Where: Anawangin Cove, San Antonio, Zambales

      When: 24-25 May 2008

Route: Manila to Pundaquit. Then we ride a boat from Pundaquit to Anawangin

Planned departure time from Manila: 6 am.

Activities: Camping, swimming, snorkling, fishing, sleeping, eating and story telling hehehe. (hiking if you want...)

NOTE: We intend to camp there overnight so we need to bring:

      a) camping gear (tent and/or sleeping bags)
      b) food
      c) other personal stuff you need

      Transportation: Options:

      a) bring cars
      b) Take the bus- Victory Liner (Caloocan) bound for Iba or Sta. Cruz Zambales. Get off at the town proper of San Antonio then take a tricycle to Pundaquit. From Pundaquit, take the boat going to Anawangin.

      Budget: Approx P1500/person.
