    • Ferry question?

by Benzy55 Online Now Jun 2, 2015 at 10:11 PM

We are coming to Provincetown for a vacation in mid July by ferry ride from Boston, after a few days there we will probably like to venture out to see what the other towns are like so how best would we do that? I see there are few car rental places close by so is there easy transportation that would take us from Provincetown to other nearby towns ?

2-Day trip to the Cape from Boston

by jserel Online Now Jun 5, 2012 at 5:58 PM

We are looking to spend a couple of days in the Cape. We are trying to do this trip without a car, and are currently trying to decide where to go. For someone who has never been to Cape Cod, where should we stay? Any affordable accommodation that you can recommend (B&B, hotel)?

      Much appreciated.

A group of us are coming to ptown for a bachelorette day. We plan to have dinner there and return home to catch a limo. Any places that offer entertainment while we dine? Or that have drag queens as servers? Looking for a fun time early, like 4-6pm tomorrow Aug 27.

Quiet and scenic camping on Cape Cod/Provincetown

by samtin Online Now Mar 17, 2008 at 8:51 AM

Can anyone recommend any nice campsites on the Cape? Ideally one near Provincetown and one the South end of the Cape. We have a small two man tent and prefer peaceful campsites even if undeveloped over higly developed and commercialised campsites. A scenic spot/nice view would be great. we'll be visiting in June as part of tour of New England and probably staying two nights on the Cape.

      Many thanks,
      Sam from England

      What happened to Best Western?

by tidnab Online Now Jan 1, 2008 at 6:42 AM

I am looking for a place to stay in Provincetown next summer. On several websites I saw the Best Western Chateau Motor Inn on 105 Bradford Street Ext. got some nice reviews from other travelers.

Now, the BW-homepage does not list this hotel. Some other sites that I find with google also don't work anymore. Does anyone know if this hotel is still there? Has it changed its name?

    • Off-Season Travel from the Cape to Boston

by alanrNJ Online Now Nov 24, 2007 at 6:23 PM

OK, so the ferry is the best way to get from the Cape to Boston and return. But since ferries don't seem to operate until mid-May, what's the best way to get to Bean-town off-season? I'm planning to visit the Cape in early April and want to day-trip to Boston, but I hate the thought of driving there.

    • P-Town sex shop

by ma228 Online Now Jul 11, 2006 at 9:30 AM

We were in P-Town recently and checked out a large sex store in which we had to go upstairs to get to the toys. What is the name of the store? We do not remember, but did see a toy there, that upon further discussion, we realized we should have bought. It was a strap-on that actually would be strapped to my knee for a great lap dance by my wife. I wish to contact the store and try to get it shipped.

Several of us just returned from a fun trip to Cape Cod. I noticed at the harbor in Provincetown some older ladies' pictures in a large size on the side of a covered dock. What's the history on that...or is it just for fun?
