Which Hotel?
Hi. If I book for the week FOLLOWING the actual date for my birthday, I can get some real outstanding rates. The Flamingo, TI and MGM Grand are all within my price range. Of these 3, which is the best bet for comfort, service, etc?

Booking hotel in Vegas
Hi,
I will be travelling to Vegas for the first time and have limited budget, so I am trying to find the best hotel deal.
But there are so many websites that offer different prices and different hotels that I got confused.
Friends warned me that online deals are deceptive and in reality cost a lot more - can you recommend a reliable booking service that is still cheap? -
First time to Vegas
Hi guys! Me and my friends are coming to Las Vegas in June 16 celebrating my 21st. Neither of us have ever been to America before so we don't know where to start. We're just looking for some advice really. We've booked everything regarding flights accommodation and all our trips. We just want to know is it expensive to eat and drink out? If there's anything you can recommend on where to go and what to see would be fantastic.
Thanks in advanced

Which route?
Hi,
We will be driving from Yosemite to Las Vegas start of Dec. We were told there is 2 main routes but unsure on which route to take.
We are told their is the route that goes thru death valley but takes like 10 hours to drive. The other route is only 5 hours (unsure what is goes thru).
I am thinking just go the shortest route as only 5 hours. Its all dessert thru both routes is it? So I just see the 5 hour route being the more smartest and quickest route to take.
Any insight to which way is better and if we would actually see anything worth wild other then dessert.
Thanks in advance :-) :-) -

Weather January/February
Wanting some winter sun - thought of Las Vegas and doing death Valley/Arches NP possibly Flagstaff & Prescott - not sure about the latter 2 - what will the weather be like. Could also do a loop into San Diego. Did think of Florida but I have an alligator phobia - any suggestions much appreciated - prefer sight seeing to being a beach bum

Great hotel for 20somethings (and parents)
Ok, so we're bringing our 22 year old twins to Vegas. Obviously they're interested in a great pool and reasonable clubs --as this expense is on them. We don't need ultra luxury. My hubby wants close casinos and I want convenience to shopping. any hotel ideas and clubs for the twins?

SLS Hotel & Casino / North LV Boulevard
Hi all,
I'm a Brit who has visited Las Vegas 4 times now to play in the WSOP - great times and an awesome experience!
However, I usually stay at the Venetian and when I visit in a couple of months, we're staying at the SLS (what used to be the Sahara) - I'm hearing mixed reviews and some people on here are even stating it's in a dangerous neighbourhood of Las Vegas after dark. Anyone got any comments or advice?
Thanks.

First Time Travellers!
Hi everyone
Hope everyone is having a great day. Just wondering if I could ask for a little bit of help. Haven’t travelled overseas before! My fiancé and I are planning on going to Las Vegas for our wedding. We are planning in going in October. We will be travelling from Perth, Western Australia. I have a few questions I was hoping to get help with as we have never travelled before and are very nervous and a bit stressed out by it J:
- Flights from Perth – would you recommend going on a flight from Perth straight to Las Vegas, or from Perth to Los Angeles?
- If anyone has any flight companies they would recommend? And where to look for booking the best deal?
- If the latter, how would you go about getting from Los Angeles to Las Vegas – what do you think is the best way?
- We will do Las Vegas first I think and get married and complete the rest of our trip as a honeymoon – looking to do San Fran, Los Angeles, and a couple of other places – what would you recommend as the best route?
- In terms of getting around everywhere, what is the best way to do the trip. I know everyone will have different opinion on this but just wanting to know a few options J
- Is it best to book accommodation in advance or when you are there in the place of travel?
- What is the weather like in October? What kind of clothing would need to be taken?
- Anything else I should take into consideration? In terms of discounts, deals, things I should be doing and looking for?
