    • Upcoming trip to Disney/Universal - so confused about how to plan it!!

      Orlando Jan 5, 2017 at 4:41 AM

      Hi All,

We're going to Orlando in late March/early April for 14 nights. 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7). Flights and hotel booked but now the dreaded investigation into Disney tickets, what to do, where to eat, etc!!

If anyone can help with some sort of broad itinerary and helpful tips/hints/recommendations, that would be amazing! I've picked up a couple of brochures from travel agents and spoke to some people but it all seems a bit overwhelming!

We want to visit the main Disney parks and Universal (main reason I'm going is for Harry Potter world!) and do some shopping at the outlets. If we can fit it in, a trip to Kennedy Space Center would be great but since it's our first time in Orlando, I suspect that we'll be consumed with Disney/Universal.

      Thanks in advance!

    • Why Stay in Indian Shores

by bighow10 Online Now Oct 19, 2004 at 12:50 PM

One of the nicest places to vacation in on the FLorida Gulf coast at Indian Shores... its old time Florida.. lots of quaint towns... very relaxed and laid back... sunning, swimming.. seashell collecting, fishing, and shopping... its about 1 1/2 hours from Orlando but about a 1/2 hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa... Great family place to vacation.. lots of shops and restaurants.. not fancy.. but alot of fun... If you were going to stay in Indian Shores... where would you?? We stayed at one of the many condos right on the beach... had a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom that was immaculately clean.. offered great views and had onsite management for insuring that our vacation was trouble free... if you would like feel free to email me at BIGHOW10@aol.com and I can you give you more specific information... I couldnt offer you a better suggestion... Good luck
