      Katlenburg-Lindau 5 hours ago

Hi there - I would appreciate any assistance in locating the burial site of my baby brother RYZHARD OCIEPA who was born, died and buried in Katlenburg - (originally from Poland, but transferred to a camp in Katlenburg, which was home to our family approximately from 1939-1942). Later moved to Hann Munden which we called home and in 1951 moved to Naples, Italy where we were boarded on a ship bound for Melbourne, Australia.
With many thanks and kind regards - Boleslaw Ociepa

My great grandparents were born and raised in the Greetsiel/Pilsum area. I plan to visit Germany next fall along with my two sons and we'd like to spend some time checking out our roots. Is a day and a night enough time to explore the area? Should we plan to take rail to Emden and then rent a car? How long would a trip from Munich to Emden by rail take? Any help would be appreciated!
