      Dune Buggy Rentals in/around Florence

by rmdw Online Now Aug 6, 2007 at 6:56 PM

I'm considering renting one-man dune buggies for myself and a 17 year old friend. Does anyone have any advice about what companies to check out and/or which ones to avoid?

Since Greyhound only serves a few stops, I've narrowed it down to either Coos Bay or Florence. Here's the catch; since I don't drive and, yes, have no license, I'm at the mercy of sidewalks and shoulders. I'm wondering which is the best town to get around in and what's the easiest way by foot to get to the various beaches. Also if you know of any other towns I should be interested in...
