I am bringing my children to stay in San Marco di Castellabate this August. After reading advice elsewhere, we chose this place as a good base for visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, Positano,... Now I'm worried we're too far away. It seems that we will need a car. I had read that public transport is the way to go due to traffic and parking but am now thinking we're too far off the beaten track for that. Do I need to get a car?
wife and i want to spend the last week in may in the region - castellabate to maratea. will have a car and want wander the area with several day trips (1-2 hour drive). like small village rather than touristy area - doesn't everyone? suggestions.
I am staying in the Hotel L`approdo Castellabate in October and would like to know if there are any dance shoe shops nearby. Thanks
I'm reasoning about to visit Hotel da Carmine at Ogliastro Marina, but I have not found any visitor's review and/or notice of it. I would greatly appreciate any information!
