      July visit

Washington State Jan 16, 2017 at 7:25 AM

      Hi all

We're planning a road trip to Washington (State) in July and I'd be interested in your views about the timing. Are we likely to encounter more crowds if we go immediately after July 4th rather than a bit later in the month, or is it just going to get busier if we leave it till the second half of the month? I do already know we should avoid Mount Rainier NP at weekends so we'll factor that into our planning.

      Thanks

      4th July 2000

As I had my photos stolen in Calgary after my trip to WA I wonder if anyone has photos of the 4th of July parade 2000, the Grand Coulee Dam and Winthrop. I would like to see them and if I could place a few on a page {I will say who took the photos} on WA I would be much obliged. Really nice country around there. I also found a real cool museum with a log cabin outside I would love some photos of that also. Between Winthrop and the Coulee dam, I only remember that part of it was outdoors like a small street with a cabin at the end. Love your part of the world anyway.
