I have been looking at one of my pages, and I have 18 Favorites tips. I can only see the first ten of them as neither clicking 2 nor clicking on Next works. It just goes up to the top of the first page again.
OK I figured it out - It goes up to the top of the first page and pauses and then suddenly clicks over to the top second page. I wasn't used to it going up to the top of the first page first before it turned the page and I wasn't giving it enough time to shift.

That " Going to the top" was fixed/introduced a couple of month ago (after some members complaint they end up at the bottom of the next set of 10 tips). I guess your Internet connection is a bit slow on the moment (or you need to do some software maintenance on your computer to speed it up).
