Hi there, it has always been that after the meet has occurred the member list disappears. I often save this list, which I think I did for Bergamo so will email it to you. I would like to be able to view these lists after the meet, too :-)

Pam, THANK YOU! :) I was sure you could see it because I hosted a meeting in Venice in November 2009 and I remember clearly I could add pictures to it after it happened. I was not sure about the member list but at least about the meeting entry.

I'll publish a full list as I always do. As a veteran I take copies on the day of the meetings. I'll ask Gillian too for the official list (that Ricky used for the badges) and check all pictures as well. I'll let you know when the first list is out (that will take time). PJ

You can probably see the list when you are the person who posted the meeting. :-)) And for those of us who don't go, we never know who actually turns up from the list. I hope someone adds photos to the meeting page, as well as posting them on their pages.

Well I used to be able to find the page of the meet I posted but I can't find that either with the new interface... OH well about the Bergamo photos .. usually i take tons of them but this time I am afraid i was too busy chatting ha ha

I bet there was a lot of chatting to do :-)

To be honest time was equally distributed between chatting, eating and drinking! :-)

I should be Photoshopping, but the website is still addictive :) BTW This afternoon I was looking for "members" in the keywords search. Amazing how many other good ideas for VT software improvements were in between the results. At Bergamo at one point in the meeting we wondered how many members from what countries were in the meeting and today there was a question about how the member ratio per country was and if there still are countries without members. I would love to see a piece of software for that (like the basic Excel charts). PJ

You could just go through each country and see how many live there. For example if you go to Thailand travel guide, you can see that we have 2567 members who signed up and said they live in Thailand. By the way, I was just looking at some industry info and thought it was cool to see that VT is in the Top 20 Travel Sites in Netherlands - and that includes as compared to sites like KLM, RyanAir, Neckermann and Sunweb! cool, huh?

If you go to the meetings page, change the country to Italy and change the dates to show from May 20 2012 to June 5 2012, you will see all the meetings associated with the Bergamo meeting. In fact you can go back as far as January 2008. But the list of members attending isn't there any more

I can supply you with a list of all of the badges I did.

There were 98 in all.

Yes very high on my I like to see list is 2 things 1) Commenting on Videos and 2) An official list of who attended a VT meeting Those would be great But for now of course Ricky or the 3 ladies organizers or P J can give you a good list P J I like the best because he links the mames of each attendee to their H page now that is service in my opinion You are the best P J Someone always has the right list I am sure . The only europe Vt meet Lori & I missed (first one in Italy ) I do have the list of attendees posted by VT member pollon (Chiara ) Also an interesting thing that we do Lori & I ,we print the names of a large VT meeting out in the early stage and then again a week before the meet Oh boy what a change in that list of attendees unbelievable change Hansi

I have a first draft out at my Bergamo page Travelogues. It needs an update of all the guests names (guides etc) and a double cross on last minutes no-shows. All help is appreciated (also for the usual typos). PJ

OK, Ricky really helped me twice in a tremendous way. Have a look at the list that's there (on my first Bergamo Travelogue). And yes Hansi, I corrected all your VA typos and had a hard time with Ann's Toy Boy, haha. PJ

Gilly and I (Sue) will be flying home tomorrow. Gillly has spreadsheets with attendees and guests etc who attended - there was one person who turned up without registering for one event, plus one of the guides who didn't respond in time for a badge.
