Hello- For some reason this site is really hard to navigate.... how do read my inbox messages? Thanks for any help!
Have you tried clicking on Inbox at the top of the page - every page on the right hand side? That should take you to your Inbox where you can see incoming mail/ sent/trash i.e. deleted. There is also a facility to Save mail in a Save folder. Have a look at your Account settings too - make sure you have opted to receive Notices of new mail, comments. ratings/ replies to forum threads you are involved in. If you wnat to send a new email just open mail by clicking on Inbox.

Hi But if you click to receive notices doesn't that send a notice to your outside mail Barbara? Usually it is automatic to show along the top under inbox if you have new VT mail. Sometimes too the notice does not go away immediately even if you have read the mail The other thing Leslie is that there have been a few hitches in the system of late as there is a big revamp going on....and before long the mail system is going to change. But for now block 'outside mail' coming in to VT....most of us do that.

Agree with you Leslie sometime you have a # of new massages but when you click on Inbox no response , sometime I close the explorer totally to dismiss all sessions and open it again ,,, wich luck

That happens to me when I'm on mobile web with slow connection, which prompts me to click again, to post my answer, not when my internet connection is good! :-)

> when you click on Inbox no response I notice more recentyly I don't get into the message body when I click on a partifular message from the drop list when I click on inbox at the top of my page. But if I click to open just the Inbox, I can access my mail.
