for unkonwn reasons I can no longer sign into my vt account (as sphynxxs). All the time I get the information that username or password are invalid. Well, they are the same I´ve always used, and I did not get any notification that another password might be needed for more security. So all I could do was signing up with this new account. After all the work I did with my pages and other stuff, I´d rather get back imto my old, "real" account. Any advice? Or do other users also have troubles signinig into their accounts? best regards, Kasia

I would think VT Staff could reset your password or at least set it to what you wanted. In the meantime, have you tried things like ensuring CAPS LOCK was or was not on when you created your initial account and password?

I have seen today on facebook that nathalie_b and davesut have also had problems signing in to their accounts. I think we have some kinda hiccup on the site right now.

Let me advise one thing for you try to type your password in notepad file - to see and make sure this is password - then copy and paste it in password part ,,, I hope that helpful wish luck ,,

Some people told me that the passwork have become capital letter sensitive, so try and log in using capital letters.

I had this same problem about a week or so ago. VT's new set up did not like my old password which I had used since I joined and I was forced to make a new one with letter/number combinations, etc.

Yeah...we're moving towards more secure passwords. If anybody has a problem with their password and logging in, they can write to feedback@virtualtourist.com
