My message box will not open. Have been trying for 2 days. Anyone else having this problem?
All day problems with VT Mail - slow to open/send. Now just not accessible at all. Don't recall seeing any fore-warning from the Techs but I gather big changes are underway on the system. One staffer mentioned New Codes....

VTmail coming and going all day yesterday, seems ok this morning. There are always unexpected humps and bumps when upgrades occur. They'll be smoothed out soon enough...

There are some upgrades being implemented and some glitches occur as a consequence. May take a day or two to sort.

Hi...should be fixed now. It was acting up intermittently and it was a big national holiday in the US this weekend

Hoilday or not your OC should be staffed and be on top of problems as they arise...but yes it seems to work again now
