Login problem

by TheLongTone Online Now May 21, 2012 at 2:42 PM

I'm encountering problems logging in: I seem to have to reset my password every time. And no, I don't forget passwords. And caps lock is off. The keep me logged in option generally works, but not always.

When I was checking at the time of validation VT would not accept my former password I had to add numbers. Same for a friend of mine.

Do you have more than one login? I merely ask because I recently had a problem as the server was recognising me as both planxty and as part of the London-Calling group. I suppose it must recognise the IP address or something (I am no tech!) G was able to fix it for me pretty quickly.

There's only one LongTone, and there is a combination of characters.

Roll your cursor over where it says (at the top) "Welcome TheLongTone" and you will find "Logout".

well it worked just then. Even if it does happen again, resettining the password is no great problem.
