Hi, I've been trying to upload videos for the past couple of days, without much success. I can never tell when the video has finished uploading, as the spinning clock emblem just seems to go on and on - till finally ending up with "page cannot be displayed" message. (I've got broadband access and my formats are ok, .mov and .avi, maximum length 30 seconds) When I went back into videos later, the names were there, so I thought I just had to wait for them to come online in 24 hours, but what I have now are just 2 named 'black blobs' called Hanoi, and seems to be nothing there to play. Has anybody else had problems like these? Thanks, Kate
Hi Kate, This has been discussed before and there seems to be two tacts to take. I personally reloaded mine that came out black, and they were alright second time. Another thing you can do is email the video server people directly and they can sort it. address: support@fliqz.com You can read one other thread about this here: VT Forum temporarily unavailable Hope you get it sorted :-)
