The last 2 weeks we have noticed a loss of 3 top 5 pages, Rehoboth Beach with 17,105 hits, Delaware with 4,096 hits and Bethany Beach with 3,465 hits all now state on each page [not enough ratings yet]. We were #1 for each of these locations for years with quality information. We have been faithful members since 2/2003 and have never seen this. We work very hard to bring travlers good photos and information, we have never posted anything that wasn't appropriate, please explain this loss.

Hi Giampiero, Is this a general problem??? I just noticed that I just lost all the stars on some of my Paris tips for no particular reason. I am sure they were around 4 to 5 stars previously. Other tips on the same page seem not to have been effected. I also have a feeling that this is not the only page of mine it has happened to, but I haven't dared to look at more pages yet. Simone

I have the same number of top 5 locations as before. I haven't checked individual locations, but I looked at your Bethany Beach page, and it does seem strange that I should have a top 5 with only two tips and you don't with many more and much better tips. I have had a top 5 in that location for at least a couple of weeks now, so it isn't brand new. Also the list of newest pages has only 8 people's pages on it and two of them have only photos and no tips, and yet it says that there are 9 rated pages. Four of the rated pages have no intro or title, only a couple of tips. But I firmly believe that VT has NOT axed your ratings because of inappropriate actions on your part - I am SURE it is some kind of glitch. At one point I lost all my rated tips in Annapolis (MD) - but IIRC whole tips disappeared and not just the ratings. I made some more tips there, and eventually the tips and the ratings came back.

Thanks Giampiero, great to hear you are looking into it. As of right now an issue that was causing lost ratings has been fixed. We are looking to see if it is possible to restore the old ratings. Thanks for your patience.
