why cant I expand the photos

Since the new VT I am unable to view people's photos. When I click on them to expand, all that happens is that I get the advertising banner at the top of the box, but no photos. I have tried altering my cookie settings, but this makes no difference. All help gladly appreciated. Cheers Chris

Which browser are you using - IE, Firefox or other ? There are various settings that might need adjusting in each one. One of the experts here will soon be able to sort it out for you.
