Hello,
Will you let me know how I can sort through a topic by date? When I use the window with the dropdown choice of "latest question" the questions are still not sorted.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. When you look at the travel forum for any location the questions are automatically sorted by date, from newest onwards.
Do you mean that you want to find questions from e.g. January 2013? I'm afraid I know of no way to do that other than by scrolling through the forum pages.
Or have I misunderstood your question?
