Yesterday, Dallas, Texas had a high of about 91F (32.7C)...yeah, it's pretty bad when Europe is way hotter than Texas :-0
Actually, 113F is the all-time high temperature for Dallas...twice in 1980 (I was here)...but at least we have Texas-sized air-conditioning...not poor Europe...

Westport, Washington: 58 °F, 14 °C, wind speed is a nice calm 15 mph (24 kph) with and there is a chance of sun happening for an hour or two sometime later this month. It looks like temperatures might actually get warm enough later this summer for people to not wear jackets.
Summer kite festival this past weekend went well, though.
Coldest day of the year so far was yesterday, a 'frigid' 60F/15C on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro. I'm amazed at how many locals own parkas and scarves...

We are not near as concerned about the temperatures here in the US midwest as we are about the *^ drought.
Gillian, could you send us some of your rain if we send a self-addressed, postage paid container to ship it in?
