I added a travel page for my recent trip to the Algarve. (Albufeira, Portugal in my case). I was so proud standing there by a beautiful cliff-top view of Cape St Vincent and was looking-forward to a great photo opportunity for my travel page when...... I never had a flag but I lost my VT hat in Tuba City.

ha ha ha very funny picture Tango!! mine has not been lost so far but sure some strange adventures happen to it.. the last one... two weeks ago, during a super hot and humid early afternoon (what was I thinking!!???!!) I was visiting the World War I memorial in Redipuglia, Italy... the flag got to be photographed right before I started climbing that damn cement cliff, you can see it in Painterdave picture here "WORLD WAR I MEMORIAL" - Redipùglia Things to Do Tip by painterdave I then left him sitting in the shade(wise man!) and started walking to the top.. the idea was to take another picture of the flag where the three crosses are... it ended up being used as a bandana on my head!!! I was dying for the heat and forgot my hat in the car! nice bandana though.. even if a little in the small side. It sure enjoyed the spin in the wash machine where we arrived home LOL
With my unruly, fly-away hair I could do with a VT bandana!
I recently lost my VT Flag to some crazy woman from Australia...wait a minute, I gave it to her of my free accord as she was still traveling and I was heading home. Fortunately, I always carry a reserve. My VT hat was blown off my head somewhere? Karl

My new one has arrived! I will try to get a photo from Swanage, Dorset, UK, or Cala Bona, Majorca later this summer. (Summer - HAH! - what a joke - are the flags water-proof?)
The question is: Are VT flags tango_jd-proof? PJ
