I forgot my laptop charger in a Hotel in Ireland, Luckly It was found in the room I Stayed in.So it was sent to my home address but it has been 3 weeks now and still waiting... I was told it would take 6 - 9 working days have you ever forgot something overseas and how long did it take to get your staff? the new one will cost me around108
My brother forgot the coat (family of 4), but they were very lucky, I visited the same city one month after them, so, I collected their clothes and brought home.
Paul, if you want to tell me the name of the hotel, I can ring and ask them if it's on the way. And maybe mention casually that I asked you the name of the hotel after seeing a query about the problem on an online travel forum.
Well I have, I once forgot an important business file at my favorite tailor shop in bangkok the crown tailors, but luckily enough the owners are really helpful in every regard, so they sent it back to me however I had told them I will pay the shipment charges. It took my stuff 8 days to get to me and I think you should probably call the hotel and take the details of the shipment and then call the company they sent it with.

So if the second name on your profile page is not the name you registered in , she needs to know. I said I'd ring back and she said I should have your full name, room number and the dates of your stay. So if you want to, email me these details and I'll get back to them.

Hi Paul Just be aware that it may be subject to import duty on it if it is returned to you by mail or courier. I left my Blackberry in London a couple of years ago, and the Receiver of Robbery slapped me with a nasty bill as a result! If it is forwarded to you, be sure that it is made clear that the contents are used rather than new. And also make sure that it is sent recorded delivery lest it be 'permanently borrowed' in the sorting office. Regards Cathy
