Well 7'ish is a fair shake-up. 'Lie Back and Look at the Clouds', - as long as they move smoothly, not jumpily.! No serious outcomes anyway. Good.

Woke me up as well Pam. Didn't wake my 2 year old up though, seems to have a habit of sleeping through earthquakes, big one in Japan last year coincided with his nap time, and the nap won.
