Nope. To my knowledge, that would be considered advertising and not allowed. Report the link to the page/member to abuse@virtualtourist.com. We get a lot of these and they're usually snagged by the staff or sharp-eyed members when they first sign up but a few are sneaky and manage to fall through the cracks.

You bet! When in doubt, just forwarding a report is the best way to go: the good folks at the Mothership will take a look and decide if any guidelines have been overstepped.
