Hi Hansi! Thanks again for taking on the VA 'Ringmaster' role. As organizers - myself, Gilly and J only have access to the list of attendees from those who've signed up for 'IT'S YOUR MEET' - Though some who've signed up for pre-meets/meals haven't all signed up for the main meet yet!

Yes I know Sue even I have not even signed up all the events but I will very soon My point is that I do not want to or have to E-mail a person on the main attendees list who is not going to be there So if I can in private get a list of the no shows then I can cross them out on my main list of attendees that would be a lot easier for both of us John Thnks you are the first to volunteer adopting a VA So far Diane Canuck68 is looking to be adopted I stay out of this you guys tell me who you want to adopt So Diane would you like John to adopt you ,if yes please write me here or in F B Hansi Hansi

Yes Diane I'll quite happily adopt you again - if your liver has recovered from last time? And Ann too if she wants me. Two VA's would be ideal for me.

I would volunteer to adopt someone too...as long as they like raw fish! :-))

I'd like to be a VA please Hansi. The more trouble my adopter can get me into, the better I will like it. I'd be there in person except personal circumstances are preventing me. Thanks for your hard work in this, it IS fun, but sometimes people don't realise the amount of effort it takes for you to organise this and get the pics printed. Thank you Hansipoodles.

Kirsty, I feel it in me water that you will get me into more trouble than a barrel load of monkeys, in which case, I put myself in your capable and naughty hands. If you can get me into DAO's pants as I did on one occasion in Cascais, I will be eternally grateful. Stick me into a winery as I did with Dorrise and I will be more than happy. Kaspian giving me a smoocher will make my day. Hansipoodles hugging me will send me into transports of joy. I want to be up the top of everywhere, dancing with everyone and eating everything. Do your absolute best and worst, it can't be anything I haven't done in the past and it will surely make me laugh!

I'm rather quiet and shy (shhhhhh Hansi!!!!) and very well behaved (just keep me away from the Guinness and the Baileys). Would like to be adopted please. I will do my best not to snore at night. Keep me away from that Suet-Gal.... she is sure to lead me astray!!!! I'm not an adventurous eater... prefer my food to be cooked!! Been a while since I was at a VT meeting with anyone beyond Hansi & Lori, so hope I will behave properly.

And, not too much red wine, please -- tends to give me a migraine, and then I'm no fun at all!!!

So as far as I understand it I need to send those 2 (and anyone else who wants to tag along) my full postal address and they should then send me a photo of them?..is that right?....I remember Ann had them on a lanyard and laminated that seemed like a good idea...

Hi Kirsty . Well you can do it like you mentioned But there are ways of doing it by simply right click on a picture of Dorrise and Sue save that picture as is and then print that picture and then you can make a frame around it or take it to be laminated etc etc I have seen so many wonderful VA cards/pictures in the past . Some were very fancy done and others were plain Jane pictures in a frame . Pictures can be put around your neck but there are no rules for that . You can have a picture in your purse and take it out to show around and show your VA's the things you visit and take pictures with the VA's and then you can send those pictures to them by computer or post them in VT or elsewhere .
