My 23 year old cousin hanged himself last Friday in San Diego, and he is still on life support....the family is devastated and very shocked because this cousin has always been happy-go-lucky and smiling, just like myself:) I did go to San Diego to join over 200 family members/friends going in and out of the hospital. I feel most sorry for his parents, brother and the wife he left behind....I just wished someone had talked with him about any problems he might have had....he called me about 3 times in the last year, and I wish I knew something was going on.....We are still praying for a miracle....(he is an organ donor and if brain dead, his organs will be harvested). Has "suicide" affected your family and how did you deal with it?
