Without no doubt Macedonia! My girlfriend is from there and we visit every year. We live in the Netherlands.
Italy and Slovenia (yes, I know that's two but I can't choose between them). And both are more my favourites than the UK, if I'm honest.
Since everyone else is cheating with two, so will I!!! Russia and Turkey!
My experience is very limited at only the US and South Africa. I prefer South Africa.

Not possible David. What popped up was Jamaica (the real one not the tourist one), Belize, Ghana, Hawaii, (the real one not the American one), India, and of course the UK. I really cannot answer this question.
I really cannot answer this question. My thought too Erik. And I like many change their mind a lot. But then I thought that there always is a "here and now" favourite Lately Spain has surprisingly grown on me and sailed up to a good no. 2. But I probably have 20 places in my top 10 list lol
Toss-up between Italy and Ecuador or Mexico (but I haven't seen them all yet!)
I have tried to narrow it down but when I think of people I have met in every country I have a hard time choosing. Some standouts are Canada (of course super friendly) Belgium, France and Italy. Oh yea Peru! I guess I should stop now this could go on and on. Happy Trails, Randy
That's a tough one. I love France, Greece, Turkey, Lithuania & Thailand. Germany (or Bavaria at least) is heading in that direction. I'll go for Lithuania. Always good to me, and I always reciprocated.
