Dear all. I am hoping someone has done this before and can give me some advice.
I arrive into Macau Airport at 7.30pm, I must then cross the border into Zhuhai and must get to Baiyun Airport (Guangzhou). Can you tell me what time the last bus leaves Zhuhai? What time will it arrive into Guangzhou? I have heard I can take a bus and get to Jinan University then catch a taxi...what time would I get to the aiport should I take this route? Does anybody know of any private cars that would transport me to the airport...I will pay good RMB for anyone willing to drive me. Will be reaching Zhuhai at night from Macao and have a plane to catch at Zhuhai Sanzao Airport to Beijing at 8am the next day. Anyone knows if it's ok to stay at the airport overnight? Or anywhere to recommend?

I am quite interested to go from hk to zhuhai by ferry by I realise that their last ferry is 530pm ( or there already change the ferry time to go back) from jiuzhou port... are there still in use?

if I cant get in time for the jiuzhou ferry to leave for hongkong.
can I try across macao causeway(near zhihai) then take a ferry to hongkong?

is the causeway from macau to ferry terminal very far away ? how to get there ?how much?

Hello =) I hold a passport from BOLIVIA (Bolivian). I live in mainland China 4 years ago and I will be going to Macau for a 2 day holiday.
I do know that I do need a Visa and I have heard it is possible to get the Macau Visa at arrival. I am going to be crossing the border by land through Zhuhai.
What I would like to know is: Is is possible to get the visa at immigration in the Zhuhai-Macau border or only at the International airport?

I will be travelling from SIN to GZ to Macau and was pondering if I is worth it to stop over at Zhuhai for a few nights or go direct to Macau?

I will be into shopping so wondering if Zhuhai offers any good buys? i.e apparels and shoes

First time to Macau & Zhuhai. I am wondering if I should take wanzai ferry or cross Gonbei for Zhuhai and vice versa. Is there visa office China & Macau at these places. 144 hr visa is still availble for Zhuhai.

From reading the bus terminal is actually located at Gongbei border gate but there is no info on where this busses going to stop in Guangzhou. So I hope ppl here can guide me on which bus station in Guangzhou those busses going to??

Could you please recomend a reliable coach service from to zhuhia to guilin.
We want to leave Zuhai on the 31/10/08 and arrive same day in Guilin.
Please gie us details of coach timetable cost and travel time for this trip.

This is my first visit to China and I will come in to Zhuhai for 2N from Guangzhou. Most prob by coach.

2. Where is a good place to stay? Which district or particular hotel?
Near shopping area for clothings/shoes/bags etc

3. I will be hopping to Macau for a one day trip on my own. I believe its the Gongbei border right?

I will be travelling to Macau in mid Oct for 3 days. Thinking to visit Zhuhai on the 2nd day as there is nothing much to do in Macau as I don't gamble. May I know how to get to Zhuhai from Macau? Where is the good place to shop? Or where to move around (not too far) as I have to go back to Macau by night. Please advice. Thanks.

While I've traveled back to the USA 3 times already in the past 5 years, I've exchanged RMB to USD differently. First two times I used the foreign exchanges in JFK (high transaction fees). Last December I actually was able to get my Chinese friend to exchange at Bank of China here in Zhuhai. This time I am flying from Zhuhai to Shanghai to Atlanta, GA and wanted to know if anyone has had the experience of exchanging RMB for USD at the Pudong Airport. I'm a bit confused and don't want to get there with a pocket full of RMB only to learn that I can not exchange it for USD because of a technicality.

My problem is basically that I will not have enough time to exchange it at Bank of China with my friend like last time because the money may not be in my account until almost closing time the night before I leave Zhuhai.

So if anyone knows what the rules are in my situation, please let me know. I have 2 weeks to figure this all out.

i'm an Indonesian citizen, if I want to go to Zhuhai from Macao, and then go back to Macao, do i need visa for both countries? if yes, can it be visa upon arrival in Macao & Zhuhai? Thanx b4 :)

(a) what food shops or restaurants (in particular those in Wanzai area) are open during the eve and the first few days of the CNY.
(b) what shopping centres are open.
(c) what is the crowd at the Gongbei Border Gate like; ie., is it very crowded and if so at what time?

My family, including a 5 year old, will be arriving at Zhuhai Airport at 11pm. We'll be catching a flight out of Macau Airport the next morning at 11am. So we'll need to be at MFM at 9am.
