Where in China is the best city to find silk carpets at the best prices? I've been told Souzhou, Xian, and Nanyung.

we are 4 people going to xian for 1 day we need picking up at the airport and taking to the major sites
does any one know any one that does this service

Considering a 2 day 1 night trip to Hua Shan. I know there is a train going in that direction but not sure what happens after getting off the train, are there buses into town? From town to the main entrance of Hua Shan, is it within walking distance or do we need a bus again? What time do we need to get out of the hotel in the morning to catch the sun rise if I am staying in the town? Hoping to be there in end Oct.

I am going to Xi'an at the end of this month with my brother. And i was wondering

1. i have heard bad things about Xi'an hostels like people having already
booked a room turning up and having their room given to someone else.
Is this true? And if so what is the best and cheapest hotel in Xi'an
2. What are the best tours to do, or are they all the same

3. Is there anything else we should do before we leave other than tours
