Visiting Rocamadour, France

I will be visiting Paris, Mont St Michel, and Tours in April by train/buses (I do not drive!). Can anyone tell me how I would plan a 1 or 2 night visit to Rocamadour? Is it possible by train or bus? I had only intended on visiting Western France (a circuitous route via train starting in Paris to MSM then to the Loire Valley then back to Paris) but when I saw pictures of Rocamadour, I wanted to go there too! Suggestions? Thanks!

Hi there - I am visiting Rocamadour in October for 2 days. I was wondering, can anyone recommend good restaurants, shops, day trips, etc. in the vicinity?
