I am from England and went there with my Russian wife and her family.Was a 3 hour car journey from her parents villiage of Mednoghorski.You begin the descent up the mountain by trolley lift and this is in 3 stages.You soon begin to see the mist as the heights become greater.
When we were there it was proving porlar with the german skiers as well as other nations. There are a few slopes both for the beginner and the pro. At the top there is a cafe and ski eauipment shop that does both sales and hire.We also had fun in the cafe with Russian vodka and Karaoke.It is a very popular destination and justifies the building of the 2 hotels recently completed at the foot of the mountain . |
