Location of Washakie Statue

On the Things to Do Site for Laramie, Wy it is posted that the marvelous statue is on Ivinson. I believe it is actually located on Grand Ave. outside of the Washakie Caffeteria for the University of Wyoming.

Gift suggestions

My nephew has recently moved to laramie. I wanted to get him a gift certificate for Christmas to a resturaunt in Laramie.
Any suggestiosn?
He is 22, recently married and will be attending the university.
He loves sports!
