Oregon Wineries

I am going to stay in McMinnville, Oregon for 3 days. This is when I plan to visit some wineries around. But there are so many that it's hard to choose... I am interested in particular in good Pinot Noir or Cab Frank. Commercial wineries that are more oriented on making money don't interest me.
Any suggestions? Which wineries are the best to fit in that time? And maybe if it is possible to tell which of them has nice location with a good view?
Also on my way to Roseburg I will pass Salem and Eugene: any good wineries there?
Any info would be appreciated.
