I'm arriving to Villefranche via cruiseline on a Sunday, I'm traveling with my family which includes parents and a grandparent. We like to do things on our own, what can we do that will give us a good experience of where we are? Also, what is the easiest and cheapest way to get to Nice?

We are taking the Voyager Of the Seas cruise and will be docking in Villa franche for the day, can anyone reccommend the most economical transport for getting around the area.

We want to avoid the arranged excursion by our cruise liner and make our own way to Monaco from Villefranche. Can anybody provide exact details of buses/trains?

Has anyone had experience with a private guide from the port in Villafranche to Nice, Eze,Monaco, and Monte Carlo? There will be six adults sailing on RCCL in early September.
