Monroe Rock Quarry.

I have heard of a quarry that is located in monroe.
What i heard was... If you're ever in Southeastern Michigan. There is an old rock quarry in Monroe. Take I-75 South to Exit 9. LaPlessance Rd. Make a right and as soon as you go over your 3rd set of railroad tracks the quarry is on your left hand side.

Does anyone know more about this place? Are there cliffs to jump from? Are they high? Is it legal to be there?
