What ferry do I ride to go from Point Lookout State Park, Maryland to Solomen's Island, Maryland?

I live in Salisbury, MD, and to drive to Pt. Lookout requires a trip north to the Bay Bridge and then back south again. If there is a boat or ferry, the trip would be a lot shorter (across the Bay). Does anyone know of a charter possibility or ferry? Thanks!
