I will be in Copenhagen in mid-October. I know there is a World Cup qualifying match at Parken on October 10, but I expect tickets to be sold out and/or too expensive. Can anyone recommend a place in town with a good atmosphere where I can watch the game?

Ill be attending Climate Change Confrence 7/12-20/12. Hotels seem to be fully booked. The closest I get is in Lund, sweden. Can one tell me:
1- How much does it cost to travel from Lund to Bella Center (both ways)?
2- Is it better to rent a car or use the transit system, if available?
3- Since I am a non EU citizin (Qatar national) are there boarder between these two countries?
4- If so, would a shengen visa help for both?
5- Can any one recommend a good area to stay in Copenhagen?

Ali
Phone Cards? Posted: Tue August 25, 2009 02:08 PM UTC
Though I'd prefer renting a cell phone during my short stay in Copenhagen, I don't seem to be able to locate a supplier to rent a phone. Therefore, I may need to use public phones. Do public phones still accept coins, or are phone cards needed? Last time I was in Copenhagen, I needed to make a call, and at this particular train station, the phone did not accept coins, so I had to purchase a phone card to make just one call. Is there a better way? To be honest, I've not used a phone card in a long time, is there a recommended card that I should purchase for use while in CPH? I don't expect to make many calls, probably just two, maybe 5 at the most. Thanks
Is it possible to rent a cell phone during my stay in Copenhagen? If so, where? Is there a location at CPH airort where I can rent cell phones? Is there a website where I can find information on cost or to reserve? Thank you.
I may need a place to stow a carry-on piece of luggage after I arrive from the airport. Is there still luggage lockers at the main train station? Thanks.
I'll be visiting Copenhagen for 4 days. I may need train transportation from the airport to the city. I also plan to visit Hillerod, Frederiksvaerk, Helsingor, and staying overnight near Emdrup, or Dyssegard station. What will be my best form of ticket? Should I get the yellow klippekort, or is there a ticket for tourist valid for 3 or 4 days for unlimited travel. I am aware there's the CPH card which provides unlimited transortation, and I do plan to see and do many activites available using the card, but at this time, not sure if I want to use. Just wondering what is my best ticket option.
Does anyone know if it is ok to take unopened baby food into denmark--the origin of the baby food is the USA. It will be in my checked bag, I know not to take opened baby food in through customs.... Yes, I know you can buy baby food in Copenhagen, but I don't want to spend my first day there jet lagged, dragging my baby around looking for food!!!
Despite choosing english, the planner from DSB's site only gives out fares info in dansk. Can anyone clear me out on what this means:

Klippekort 3 Gul 17,00 kr (2,30€) Klippekort pr. klip

I will be in CPH weekend of 4 Sept. Other than the football game which may have sold out, what other activities are going on in CPH that I should look into? Any concerts, bands, anything? Any way to get tickets to the sold out game?

What is the best way to reach Radisson SAS Royal hotel from the airport? Are their shuttle busses that drop people to the hotels or should we take a taxi?
I am very confused about the hotels. My budget is about USD $ 200..and I want to stay in a small boutique hotel in the center of Copenhagen. Any recommendations?
Hi,
We are planning to spend a day or 2 in Austria from Copenhagen. Please let me know what is the cheap way to travel from copenhagen to austria (may be vienna or some countryside). If trains, any website please?
I'll be returning to visit friends in the Copenhagen area. I thought it might be appropriate to bring a gift, or gifts to those I visit. Can anyone provide information on what makes for good gifts to bring? To add, where I live there is a chocalate company that makes really good chocolates, and are generally good gifts. I suppose I could bring a box of chocolates, but I am still interested in ideas. I always have a hard time getting ideas of what to buy my own family let alone old friends that I don't see very often. Therefore, I thought I might ask here if anyone can suggest some good gift ideas to bring to my Danish friends. Thank you.
I will be arriving in Copenhagen airport on 28th July (Tuesday), and leaving on Thursday night for Oslo on a night bus.
I have not decided yet where to stay (in Copenhagen or Odense).
Please help me plan my trip:
1) How much does it cost on public transport from Airport to Copenhagen?
2) How much does it cost on public transport from Airport to Odense?
3) How much does it cost on public transport from Copenhagen to Odense? (I read it is a 1.5 hr journey, but not much more)
4) Any new hostel you can recommend? I don't smoke or drink and happy with a quiet place.
We are having trouble arranging transportation from the port to the international airport in coppenhagen. Is it difficult to get a taxi from the port and about home much does it cost to get from the port to the airport by taxi.
Thanks
I am wondering on costs for diapers for my one year old baby boy. I am traveling from the U.S. and I would like to know if it would be cheaper to take them from here. I buy Huggies brand here a box of 176 diapers for $40 U.S. dollars. Thank U !
A friend of mine and I are staying in Copenhagen for four weeks in August and are looking for an apartment to rent, preferably near Rigshospitalet. Any tips on where to look?
Is there any sort of clearing house for last minute hotel vacancies in or around Copenhagen? I will be arriving with my 4 yr old granddaughter this Thursday (11 June), but no rooms are available until Saturday due to a medical convention of some sort. Two nights on the floor of a dorm is the best we can do for now! Thanks
