Hi all,
Doing some research for a (Dutch) country house I came across the name of the garden designer Petzold. One of his most famous parks is in Bad Muskau on the Polish border, VT member Globetrott has made a great page about this. Other parks are in Greiz, Altenburg, Quedlinburg, Weimar/Tiefurt (and a few more in Germany), Wassenaar and Overveen (Netherlands), but also in Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria. Any of you been to one of his other parks by chance? Would be happy with any (inside) information, (VT)pages and pictures etc.! Thanks in advance, P. |

In 1944 there was a glass factory in Muskau, Germany where my father and many others prisoners of war spent the night. Does anyone know if it is still there?
