| Glenwood Springs | How Much More Can Real Estate Prices Rise In Glenwood? Posted: Sat March 13, 2004 03:40 AM UTC
In 1985 you could have bought a nice 3 bedroom house in Glenwood for about $100,000; today that house is probably worth $300,000. Buildable land is getting pretty scarce in the narrow valleys below the beautiful mountains. Will it all become one large upscale community from Aspen to Vail to Grand Junction?
