Budva-Prishtina Posted: Tue April 14, 2009 05:05 PM UTC
Planning on taking a trip next summer around the region. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the easiest way from either Budva or Kotor to Prishtina. Are there regular bus routes? Would it make more sense to first get a bus to Podgorica? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Budva - Tirana Posted: Wed April 8, 2009 07:12 PM UTC
I read on this forum that there was a tour group that ran buses down to Tirana (via Skhoder) for tours and then comes back to Budva. I am looking for one way travel on this, and wanted to know if this bus still exists. I do not really care about the tours themeselves, just want easier transport than taking minibuses even if it costs more. Does anyone know the name of the company that does this and if it runs daily (it will be in mid June)?
Thanks

Saki Apartmani - anyone? Posted: Thu March 5, 2009 10:00 PM UTC
Hello everyone.
I am thinking about going to Budva in May. Found this accommodation for 16 euro per person.
It almost sounds too good to be true.
Did anyone stay here before? The place is called Saki Apartmani.
They have a website: http://www.saki-apartmani.com/engleski/price.html
Also, the address is 4 Proleterska bb. Is that a good area in town? I am looking for something quiet but relatively close to the Old Town.
Thank you, guys.

Budva streets and beach Posted: Sat May 17, 2008 03:26 PM UTC
Hello dear travellers,
Im preparing suitable vacation for my parents, and thinking about Budva. As they are quite not young, stairs and hills are quite a big problem.
So, I wanna ask how's Budva for older travellers? How's Old City?
Also, planning to stay in private villas, so will use city beach - it is no problem to reach it? i.e. no stairs or something?

Budva, Montenegro Posted: Wed May 14, 2008 09:57 AM UTC
Hi,
I am traveling to Budva in Sept for about 4/5day. I am trying to get in contat with Hotel Mogren as they have no web address and the phone number that I have is just ringing out.
If this hotel is not available, would anyone have any other ideas about hotels or apartments.
There is only two traveling and we would like to be in the old town or a 5min walk.
More importantly we are looking for a reasonable rate as our flights were quite expensive.

Any interesting stuff or fun to look forward to in Budva this weekend? Posted: Wed August 22, 2007 03:50 PM UTC
Hello all
I am doing a little weekend trip from Pristina to Dubrovnik / Cavtat. I am thinking of stopping over for a day or 2 in Montenegro. It's a toss between Budva and Kotor.
Any advice or suggestions on if and which of these towns I should do a "layover" in?
Thanks y'all.

Parking in Budva Posted: Thu July 5, 2007 08:49 PM UTC
Is parking a problem, especially near the old town area?
Are there any official parking areas and how much do the charge?
I'll leave my rent a car for over 24 hours from Sunday evening, to avoid getting stuck in traffic jams on Monday the 9th of July.
Thanks for all replies and suggestions!

Hello everyone!
I am planning to go to the Rolling Stones concert in Budva.
From other forum postings I found links for buses from Dubrovnik to Budva.
I'll be arriving by plane to Cilipi airport-does the bus stop near the airport?
Or in Cavtat? Or do I have to go to dubrovnik first?
Thanks for all replies!:)

Transport from Podgorica airport Posted: Mon July 17, 2006 11:25 AM UTC
Hi everyone,
I'm not having any luck finding out how to get to Petrovac from Podgorica airport. This is for my daughter and partner and they arrive at 7 pm at the airport in just under 2 weeks' time. Will they have to travel to Budva and then maybe taxi on to Petrovac? Does anyone know if taxis at Podgorica airport will take them straight to their hotel in Petrovac?
Would be grateful for any info anyone can give, and thanks in advance!

accomodation in or around Budva Posted: Sun June 25, 2006 03:32 PM UTC
We are a family of three and are looking for accommodation on the Montenegro Riviera. We need to travel around July 21 and want to stay for two weeks. Any advice? We would like something not very expensive, but comfortable, with a sea view, two bedrooms or studio apartment, and close to a nice sandy beach, if that's not asking for too much ;-0.
