Are there ATM's available in Nikel where I can use my Cirrus card to withdraw roubles?
Can I change NOK to Roubles in Kirkenes before leaving there to go to Nikel? |

Is the train to Murmansk still operating? Will it be operating mid June 2010. Are we likely to see any snow still on the ground here in mid June?
