Travelling to Botosani next month

Hi all,

I am hoping to travel to Botosani end July/start August. Can anybody give me some tips about Romanian airports (I do not speak the language)and I understand that I will need to take a taxi from the airport-can anybody suggest a way to avoid being ripped off?
