what to do/where to eat ?

I see there are not many tips on Birzai on VT yet.
Any suggestions for a decent restaurant there ?
I know that the castle is supposed to be the main attraction,
is it really worth the visit ? What are its opening hours ?
Any other suggestions for things to see in Birzai ?
