Posted: Tue July 8, 2008 10:10 PM UTC
Iam going to the Valana Apartments in Limassol on the 18 July with a ten month old
baby. What formula milk and jars of food can be bought near my apartments.I would
also like to know what nappies are available over there.Im afraid of getting over there and there will be nothing available that my baby uses.
I normally use Cow and Gate formula and Heinz baby food in jars
I would be very grateful if you could send me as much information as possible.
Thanks a million

Limassol District Karaoke Bar
Posted: Sun January 13, 2008 12:05 AM UTC
Hi
Can anyone help just back from Limassol at New Year and went to a pub called Happy Jacks a lot.I have some good photos I wanted to send to them but don't know address or email address??
Its run by a guy called Jack and a scottish girl called Angela sings in there, it used to be across fromthe Atlantica Oasis hotel and next to the Nags Head pub if that helps any one. Its now moved onto the main road area about a 10 min walk from Macdonalds.
I have tried to look it up on internet but no luck.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Limassol Apartment/Villa in Lively Area
Posted: Fri January 4, 2008 10:53 PM UTC
Hi

I am travelling to Limassol for a wedding at the end of May in a party of four. We are hoping to find a suitable apartment/villa to stay at for one week which is reasonably close to the lively limassol nightlife and, if possible, not too far from where the wedding will take place (Four Seasons Hotel).

If anyone could suggest an appropriate area/district to look in that would be most helpful.

Limassol Advice Needed!
Posted: Fri November 23, 2007 01:12 PM UTC
Hey everyone,
I will be visiting limassol for a business meeting around 1-2 December and i was thinking of taking 3-4 December off as a small vacation...
Can anyone help me see if it is worth it by guiding me on the things i can do at such time of the year! (no sun - no beach - little nightlife...)
Otherwise, is there a casino? opera house? concert at that time? or anything worthwhile :P
Awaiting your prompt reply,
Anthony

Limassol If walking around Limassol what to see?
Posted: Wed October 24, 2007 08:39 PM UTC
We are going to be in Limassol on a cruise next May for only @ 7 hrs. I had wanted to go to Troodos region to see painted churches but advised it's a holiday and price was ridiculous as well as time constraints. I've heard there might be some beautiful painted churches in Limassol to see but don't know the names of any. I see paintings on some real estate sites of churches supposedly in Limassol but can't get response to names. Thinking may not want to do museum/castle thing since we will be doing that in Greece, Italy, etc. Would love any thoughts on things to do if walking around Limassol - any Byzantine era paintings in small churches, etc.? If someone thinks there is something really worth seeing, please let me know. Not getting much help from Cyprus Tourism Office & guides are quoting me ridiculous prices like $600 USD for 4 hrs. of driving around, since it's a holiday. Any thoughts for walking/Limassol?

Wots the conversion rate on the CYŁ to sterling at moment

I hear its quite easy to get around in hire cars and such

Hi - Could someone pleeeease help me?

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Atlantica Hotel and appartments in Limassol, 3 years ago, and visited an Irish bar every day, but we can not remember the name or the name of the owner. It is situated just down the hill and to the right a little on the main road. If you have visited this resort recently and know the name of the bar please email back. Thanks

Limassol Limassol in November
Posted: Wed July 5, 2006 07:58 PM UTC
Hi everybody! I'll be in Limassol for business with a few colleagues in mid november for 5 days. We'll probably have the evenings free, and one free day. Can you please recommend things to do? I know the beach won't be an option at that time of the year but will the pubs and cafes still be busy? What are the best ones? Any ideas for day trips for our free day? I really appreciate all your help!
