Can someone tell me how much is to rent a motorbike(scooter) in brac?

Hi all travellers,

Me and my family are looking for that really nice village in Brac island. You know .. with the nice beach, some nice resturants, cafes and some nice old stone houses. We have two kids 3 and 6 years old, we need to keep them happy so the "disco hot spot", we can forget...

Please give us a hint on where to find that genuine, small village, with just enough people to create a nice atmosphere but not to touristy....

Checking ferry schedules the connection from Bol to Jelsa is at 5 pm. I remember when visiting Bol ( from Hvar) a few years ago, seeing a boat taxi service advertised - I think leaving Bol at 9 am, going to Jelsa.

Does anyone know if there is a boat taxi service available from Bol to Jelsa? And the cost. I would really like to avoid having to go back through Split or having to leave Bol one day early.
