I have seen conflicting information about taking a train from Zeebrugge to Bruges. Is there a shuttle from the dock to the train station and the tram?

are these places within walking distance from the cruise port - old market hall, chapel of the holy blood, medieval churches, choco story museum, diamanthis museum, grand place and other places you can suggest? Our cruise ship will be in port on nov. 2011. I want to find out if we can see as many interesting places in the area within 7 hours. thanks

Hi

I will be cruising to Zeebrugge on Sunday 30 August 2009, can anyone tell me how far it is to walk to the train station, do the trains run on Sunday's and how much should I expect to pay for a return ticket?

How long is the train journey from Zeebrugge to Brugge.

If the trains are not running on Sunday are taxi's easily available?

Many thanks

I have a friend who has been very unwell asnd has said that one of the things he wants to do while he still can is make a visit to his greandfather's grae in Ypres. He lives in Edinburgh so could get Rosyth ferry to Zeebrugge. Any suggestions on best and most economical way to get a short break from Edinburgh to Ypres this autumn would be very welcome?

Next week we will be in Europe:

1) Is there train station to Brussel City Center and back from the cruise ship we can walk to?

2) Should we reserve trains in advanced?

3) Is the city safe or pick pocket is waiting tourists?

We will be in Bruges for one day only on a Sunday. Are most things open on Sundays or will it be a waste of time going?

Cruising to zeebrugge on sept.14th, arriving around 8 in morning. Cruise line wants $42 for roundtrip into bruggs for 5 hrs. Is there a less expensive way for round trip from ship at port? What canal ride would be recommended?

We are arriving in Zeebrugge on a cruise ship for the day. How can we travel from Zeebrugge to the centre of Bruges? Is there a rail link or bus service? Where can we find a timetable?

We are going to be in Zeebrugge in September, arriving on a cruise ship.

I would like to go to Dunkerque for the day. I don't see any direct train connection. Is there a bus that travels between Zeebrugge and Dunkerque? (Or, if necessary, from Brugge to Dunkerque?)

Thank you.

We are going to have a day in Belgium in January on the excellant two for one offer on the ferry from Hull to Zeebrugge. The official Belgian Railways site says that neither railway station in Zeebrugge has wheelchair access but what is the true situation? Could my wife walk onto the train if I carried the wheelchair on to the train as I have done in Germany? How far from the ferry is Strand station?

Hi!

Will the Sand Sculpture Festival take place in Zeebrugge again this year? If so, when? And what's the motto?

I'd love to go again!
Thanx :)
