The plan was to travel to the Goodwood Revival last year. The bombing disrupted our plans. I cancelled a reservation with this establishment well within their stated terms (I gave them over two week’s notice, where their Website stated a full refund of our 110 pound deposit if given a week's notice). After the fact, they have altered their Website to state “no refunds available for Goodwood events.”
The ongoing problem is fully documented with copies of e-mails.
Neither Marion nor Charles of Brimfast House returned any of my many e-mails over these past months. Fraud Squad is next...
Anyone else had problems with them?

Going there again this weekend, been there many times, running out of ideas... I have been to the Taj Mahal before the renovations, now it is all renovated and the prices are really high. I know they have a Sunday Lunch menu. I have been to Ask, didn't really like the pasta dish I got, nothing really special. I have been to Si, their seafood pasta was awful and the beer was warm. I have been to Shades, typical pub grub but really dirty place, put us off. I have also been to Wetherspoons (yikes!). I won't have a car available and I am on a limited budget. Looking for good food, healthy if possible, not too expensive. Years ago I tried the Pasta Italia near the movie theatres and it was good. I tried to find Chilli Fusion but it seems to be closed, couldn't find the place.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Does anyone know of a car park at Gatwick where you can just turn up on the day of travel and pay as you leave the car park?

I usually use Stansted....just turn up...park...pay on my return!

But this time I will more than likely use Gatwick..

Any links would be appreciated!

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel in Horsham? We would rather stay as near to the town as possible.
