I love snorkelling but not scuba - are Guam/the northern Marianas good for snorkelling? Please let me know. I would also love to hear more about the islands as a destination to vist on holiday or for a honeymoon. Thanks!

Has anyone any good tips about Holiday inn in Guam as to cleanliness, beach access, rooms and restaurants? Leaving tomorrow and I am debating betweeen there and the Royal Orchid? Thanks

Hi....i will be visiting Guam with my family (a party of 10 people) on Dec 4 and staying at Marriott. This is our first visit so i'd like to have your recommendation on below:

1) cost for airport transfer for a group of 10 (including elderly and baby). what's the most safe way of getting to the hotel and back to the airport for departure.

2) fine dining restaurant and approximate cost

3) where can i find the bus schedule

Hi everyone, I've been thinking about either going to Guam or Cebu (philipines) for my vacation. I've been trying hard to find out as much information as I can about the two areas but, I hear good and bad things about each. So I'm undecided.

You see, I'm a real sucker for white sand and clear waters. I also want to do some scuba diving this time around. So is there any here in this forum that can give me some insight into the beaches and diving.

is it better to stay at PIC or Hilton in Guam? Any advice for us would be helpful We have a baby and 5 year old

I am going to visit Guam in May and attend an examination during the trip. The examination site is located at "866 ROUTE 7 MAINA" im Guam. I may like to seek you advice for a pleasant hotel which is convenient to me.

This is just a hypothetical question. If I were to go to Guam and/or Saipan, can I use my Canadian driver's licence to drive in these two areas? Since this area is administered by USA, theoretically I can use it. Since this rule applies on North America when crossing the border by car.

i'm visiting guam in january, i lived there when i was a kid (dad was military), i'm 28 now. long story short i want to visit my old neighborhood which is lockwood terrace in naval station, only problem is i'm not military so i'd need to know someone who'd be willing to help me get in. i'm trying to get an early start on this - being that it sounds kinda weird, i figure if i never do it, i'll regret it. so if anyone's up for this, please e-mail me at alt_xtnse99@yahoo.com.. thanks!

Hi, I will be visiting the beautiful country of Guam from Nov 27 - Jan 27. During my two month stay I want to work maybe 2/3 days per week. Anybody know of somebody that needs a temporary labourer or asssitant? I need a sponsor to get a workiing visa. I do domestic and hotel cleaning, am a research assistant for collecting data, coding it and entering it onto databases, extensive sales experience in the tourist industry (speak some Japanese) and can sail.
