now i am in abu dhabi , i want to dubai by bus on friday, i heard there is a central bus station, but i did not know more about, is there anybody giving me more informations about it,or another way to dubai!!

This can be of minor importance, spending long hours at the airport taking into account time consumed to check in and out of the airport, but I thought someone here would give me a feedback on how to spend fruitful time at that airport. I'll be accompanied by a child and so any ideas on how to keep a child busy and/or comfortable will be most appreciated.

i (female) have a friend (male) who will be visiting Abu Dhabi soon and am looking forward to visiting him there. . . .he is a cabin crew member and will be registered at a nice hotel in the city...because he is male and I am female, will there be a problem with me spending the night at his hotel with him? (I dont know if this is relevant, neither one of us are muslim)

We are going to Abu Dhabi from November 8 - 15 of this year and I was wondering if it is better to book tours before we leave or book them once we get there? We are staying at the Al Raha Beach Resort. Does anyone know of any on line secure tour companies to book with?
We would also like to go to Dubai and again should we book a tour or can we get there and back on our own? Does anyone have any idea of what it would cost?
Will the Ferrari Theme park be open by the time we arrive and again what are the entry costs? We have a son who is Ferrari crazy and would like to buy him some souvenirs from here.
Is it better to buy gold in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. All I want is a few pieces ( one for me and one for my daughter-in-law)?
I realize I've asked a lot of questions but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be in AD for about 6 hours on a stopover to Berlin in November. I've decided to spend some time at one of these two malls but I'm wondering if anyone can help me choose which one! Also, how far are these from the airport, and how does one get from the airport to the malls. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi everyone I am flying into Abu Dhabi airport on Qatar Airways late in the evening and need to get to Dubai (near Mall of Emirates). I understand that one can hire a limo but that seems quite expensive. Is there a cheaper alternative? Thanks

Hi there, i am flying over to AD next week for an interview. My time there will be very limited and i was wondering how best to spend. I have from from midday on monday until 2300 monday night. I want to get a feel for AD in this very limited amount of time. Any suggestions on where to go what to visit and where to eat. Also would it be best to use taxi's to move around i hear they are very cheap.

My husband and I have been invited to a function at THE CLUB - Mina Sadiyat. We are thinking to stay overnight nearby the venue and leave early for the drive back to Dubai next day. Any suggestions? 4* or good 3* in easy reach of THE CLUB area.

just wondering if anyone knew of any swimming beaches to go to in abu dhabi. i've read online that the public beaches aren't really comfortable for women if they want to sunbathe. would i be able to have access to hotel beachfront if im not a guest? i just want to find a nice beach where i can sunbathe and swim and not feel like i'm being gauked at by men. thanks for the help!

I can coming to Al Ain in July from Australia i would like to know what hotels they have in Al Ain that are budget price but nice not old dirty hotels more like a 3 star, as i dont want to spend alot of time in my hotel as im always out looking around, if anyone can give me a list of nice budget hotels with how much a night in dirhams that would be really really great.
Also do you think its better to book the hotel when i get there or at the travel agent in Australia before i leave, as i will be staying for about 1 to 1 1/2 months.

I know there is an express bus service between Abu Dhabi and Dubai central bus station, but does anyone know if there is a bus link connecting directly Abu Dhabi to Dubai airport without having to change buses in downtown Dubai?
